SwingTrack: Tradeshow Tips
In a previous post we illustrated the value of using our simulator for your business. But how exactly can you utilize a simulator to better effect your business objectives? In this article we’re going to give you some tips to maximize a SwingTrack multi-sports simulator for the big daddy of business events: the tradeshow.
A tradeshow is a massive event that draws businesses, customers, and clients from across the industry. It’s an environment that is sure to be packed full of attendees that you want to connect with. So if you want your booth to stand out from the crowd of exhibitors, nothing grabs attention better than a multi-sports simulator like SwingTrack. The simulator is not only attention-grabbing; it’s tons of fun to play too. With SwingTrack’s multi-sports functionality, visitors to your booth are guaranteed to enjoy at least one of the simulator’s 15+ interactive sports titles. Engaged and happy visitors make for better relationship building, which is exactly what you need to build those warm leads for your business to connect with. The SwingTrack simulator itself is a great draw to your booth, but there are a number of simple ways to maximize its effectiveness:
- Use SwingTrack’s built-in advertising features!
What’s the point in having a simulator if you’re not going to take full advantage of its features? Make use of the customizable in-game advertising that’s built-in to the SwingTrack simulator and insert your organization’s own branding right into the game. This is a great way to promote your brand, hashtag, and/or any promotions that you’re running during the tradeshow.
- Combine SwingTrack with a contest, challenge, or raffle!
While it’s great to just take a swing or throw a football, combining the simulator with a contest or challenge is a great way to stimulate even more engagement from your booth visitors. Try inviting visitors to participate in a putting contest throughout the event. Similarly, challenge visitors to get above a certain score in any one of the various sports titles. Don’t be afraid to get creative, for example challenging visitors to complete SwingTrack’s Football QB Challenge or Zombie Dodgeball games by using a golf club and golf ball instead. Finally, invite visitors to just take a swing or toss on the simulator in order to enter into a raffle for a prize. Have fun with it, but be wary of making something too complex. A simulator can be intimidating for some, so it’s best to keep it simple, light-hearted, and exciting! Most importantly, don’t forget to get visitors’ contact information so you can let them know if they’ve won!
- Promote your SwingTrack simulator on social media!
While tradeshows are business events, all events are social experiences through and through. That said most tradeshows will have an active social media community for the event attendees to interact and share experiences with each other. So when you have access to a visual experience like a simulator, it’s perfect for drawing attention on social as well too. Shout out to the tradeshow’s online community that you’ll be bringing a simulator and share pictures and videos of people using it to build buzz around your booth. It’s no different really from promoting your booth on social normally, but with a SwingTrack simulator you will have access to a visual entertainment experience that transfers well to the social space. If you’re running a raffle as mentioned above, have visitors share their experience via social media as a way to add more entries into the raffle.
And there you have it! By customizing the simulator to align with your organization’s brand, leveraging the simulator’s features to craft engaging experiences, and sharing those experiences with others on social to build entertaining content you’ll be sure to draw the attention and make the connections you want at your next tradeshow. We hope these three simple steps help you and organization get the most value out of your SwingTrack experience.
